Thank you to everyone who came out to help pack cabbage for sauerkraut. We had many volunteers – both young and not so young. We were finished in a little over an hour – proof that many hands make light work. Please mark your calendar for Saturday, August 11 – we will be canning the kraut on that day. We will begin at 8 am. If you can’t make it at 8 am, please come as soon as you are available. We are usually finished by noon.
